Floods January 2003 |

After almost 50 years, the village flooded in December 2000 and again in January 2003. This shows the details of the floods from the 1st to 7th January 2003, when residents had to be evacuated to nearby hotels.

This shows the extent of the flooding on the 2nd January, before the worst set in. All the bridges are covered and it looks remarkable similar to the floods in December 2000. The rest of these are arranged by date:
